The Pebble Group, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry announces that it received notification today that on 11 June 2021:
Richard Law, Chairman of the Company, bought 66,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 153 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Law's interest in the Company is 370,041 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22% of the Company's total voting rights.
