Vislink plc is pleased to announce that Mr Robin Howe will be joining the Boardas a non-executive director with effect from June 1st 2006. Mr Howe, aged 58, isChairman of MetaSphere Ltd and currently holds several non-executivedirectorships with private companies. He was previously the Chief ExecutiveOfficer of UDEX Holdings Ltd from 2002 to early 2005, prior to which he headedthe Broadcast Systems Division of VITEC Group PLC. Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall Chief Executive said, "Theappointment of Robin Howe will strengthen the Board particularly with hisexperience of international business development in the Broadcast industry andhis operational experience in running technology businesses."
