Director change

Duncan Lewis, Chief Executive of the Group since October 2008, indicated to the Board at the beginning of the year that he would wish to stand down on or around his sixtieth birthday at the end of April. Duncan will therefore be leaving the Group on 31st March, at the end of the first quarter.
The Board has agreed that John Hawkins will take over his responsibilities as interim CEO immediately on Duncan's departure. This will be in addition to taking on the role of Chairman following the AGM in May as previously announced.
Commenting, Duncan said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Vislink despite the vicissitudes of repositioning the Group at the end of the biggest contract in its history and in the jaws of the recession. I wish my successor well in building on the platform we have created, and I am grateful to the Board for its extraordinary support during these changes"
