Completion of Tender Offer

Further to the announcement dated 11 April 2011 which set out the results of the Tender Offer, the Company is pleased to announce that the Tender Offer and Repurchase has now been completed and the Shares purchased under the Tender Offer have been cancelled. Consequently, the issued share capital of the Company is now 113,902,230 Shares all with voting rights. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 113,902,230. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change in their interest in, the Company.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the circular sent to Shareholders on 23 March 2011 unless otherwise stated.
