Stephen Allen, 51, has 28 years' experience in computer networks, systemsintegration and performance optimisation software, in both the public andprivate sectors. From 2003-06 he was Senior Vice President InternationalOperations of Witness Systems, successfully re-structuring that company'sAsia-Pacific operations with the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions (EMEA)to create a single international territory. Prior to that, Stephen was SeniorVice President, EMEA of BEA Systems Inc a world leader in enterpriseinfrastructure software. Since 2005 Stephen has worked as a private consultant for both listed andprivate businesses. Until 2007 Stephen was Non Executive Director of AtlanticGlobal PLC the AIM listed specialist developer of business and resourcemanagement software applications.
