The Company received a notification on 29th April 2011 from Capital Research & Management Company (CRMC) stating that CRMC exercises voting rights over 54,574,595 ordinary shares which represents 2.7% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,014,355,049 ordinary shares.
