Petroceltic International PLC11 October 2006 Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company') Petroceltic Commences Drilling on Hassi Tab Tab 2 Petroceltic is pleased to announce that its 2nd well, Hassi Tab Tab 2 (HTT - 2),in the Isarene block in Algeria was spudded on 9th Oct 2006. It is expected thatoperations on the HTT - 2 well will take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete. Petroceltic's partner in the Isarene block is Sonatrach, the Algeria state Oiland Gas Company.
