Petroceltic International plc ("PCI" and/or the "Company") advises that Mr Alan McGettigan has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Robert Arnott, Chairman of Petroceltic commented: "We are grateful for the significant contribution which Alan has made to the Company over the last four years. He leaves us with our best wishes for the future".
