Pochin's PLC25 July 2005 POCHIN'S PLC 25 July 2005 Detail: Shareholdings: Pochin's Plc ("the Company") The Company was notified on 21 July 2005 by two of its directors, JamesNicholson and Sylvia Nicholson, that they had incorrectly disclosed the extentof their shareholding interests arising out of the fact that one of theCompany's Substantial Shareholders with which they are connected, KettleyInternational Limited ("Kettley"), is interested in an additional 9,000 OrdinaryShares of 25p each in the capital of the Company. Accordingly, Kettley is interested in 4,878,499 Ordinary Shares of 25p each inthe capital of the Company (23.5% of the Company's issued share capital). Thetotal number of shares owned by Kettley as disclosed in the Company's last setof audited accounts to 31 May 2004, namely 4,869,499 Ordinary Shares (23.4% ofthe Company's issued share capital), was accordingly incorrect. As a consequence, note 2 of the Substantial Shareholders section of theCompany's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2004 incorrectly statesthe extent of the interests in Kettley of two of the Company's directors SylviaNicholson and James Nicholson. Individually, James Nicholson is accordingly interested in 6,923,764 OrdinaryShares in the capital of the Company and Sylvia Nicholson is interested in7,301,579 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, an increase in eachcase of 9,000 Ordinary Shares above the figures previously disclosed.
