Pochin's PLC (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Mr David Pochin, a main board director, and Mr Anthony Pochin, a subsidiary board director, have been gifted 1,200 ordinary shares each in the Company, by their grandmother, Mrs Margaret Pochin. Both of the directors and Mrs M. Pochin are members of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party.
Accordingly, Mr D. Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 3,450 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.01 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company and Mr A. Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 12,453 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.05 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. The holding of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party remains unchanged at 2,403,225 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.5 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
