Grant of Options
Directors / PDMR Shareholding Notification
The Company is pleased to announce that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company, set out in the table below, have been granted a total of 124,500 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company under the Employee Option Scheme (the "Scheme"):

The options are exercisable between 15 November 2014 and 14 November 2021 and their exercise is subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria set out in the Scheme.
As foreshadowed in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Scheme expires on 16 November 2011 and no further options will be granted under the Scheme. In addition to the above options, a further 316,000 options over shares have been granted to Directors, PDMRs and employees of the Company during the existence of the Scheme and remain to be exercised.
The trustees of the Scheme (none of whom are Directors or PDMRs of the Company) currently hold 440,500 shares.
