The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid out of the Treasury Account. These shares were issued for cash on 23 June 2021 at a price of 163.90p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 2.54%.
The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 22 June 2021 was 159.85p per share.
The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
