Private & Commercial Fin Group Plc13 March 2008 Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (the "Company") Placing of New Ordinary Shares The Directors of Private & Commercial Finance Group plc, the AIM quoted financehouse, are pleased to announce the successful completion of a placing by WHIreland of 2,550,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of theCompany ("Placing Shares") at a placing price of 20 pence per Placing Share,raising £510,000 before expenses (the "Placing"). The net proceeds of the Placing will be used in order to fund further growth inthe loan book of both the commercial and consumer credit divisions. Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading onAIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings willcommence at 8.00 am on 18 March 2008.
