Private Investor Presentations in Manchester, Leeds and London - November 2016

Palace Capital plc, the property investment company focusing on property outside London, draws investors' attention to three evening presentations that the Company will be conducting to audiences of private investors in November 2016:

· Tuesday 1st November, Richmond, Southwest London;

· Thursday 3rd November, Leeds City centre; and

· Wednesday 30th November, Manchester City centre.

In each instance, the Company will be presenting to audiences made up of private investors that predominantly may have little prior knowledge of the Company and its activities.

Presentation materials will be made available on Palace Capital's website at www.palacecapitalplc.com on Tuesday 1st November to coincide with the start of the first event.
