The Company was informed today that today Anthony Dove, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 9,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 194.5 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, 9,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 194.8 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.
