TOC PROPERTY BACKED LENDING TRUST PLC

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of TOC Property Backed Lending Trust (the "Company" or "PBLT") announces that notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was posted to shareholders on 5 May 2020. The AGM is to be held at 12 noon on 29 May 2020 at Tier One Capital, Keel House, Garth Heads, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE1 2JE.

 

The notice of AGM contains resolutions to re-elect the Directors but does not contain any resolutions pertaining to the approval of the 2019 Annual Report, publication of which has been delayed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Given the current restrictions on travel and public gatherings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. The Board strongly encourages shareholders to submit their votes by proxy. Shareholders are advised to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to ensure that their vote is counted.
