Appointment of Executive Director

PensionBee Group plc ("PensionBee" or the "Company"), a leading online pension provider, is pleased to announce that Christoph Johannes Martin, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the board of PensionBee (the "Board") as an Executive Director with immediate effect.

Christoph brings a wealth of experience to the Board, having joined PensionBee in 2019 and becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He previously worked in private equity investment at Providence Equity Partners, focusing on investments in technology, media, telecommunications and education. Prior to that. he worked in mergers and acquisitions, covering financial institutions at Morgan Stanley. Christoph holds a BSc in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
