Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), with assets in West Africa and India, announces that it has been notified that on 11 April 2023, Mark Bolton, Managing Director, acquired 102,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.9 pence per share.
