Loan Extension

Further to the announcement of 6 August 2012, Richmond has agreed to extend the term of the Revised Facility to the earlier of 30 September 2012 and the completion of the Secured Loan, or such later date as Richmond may agree. The Company and Richmond are continuing to progress towards the completion of the Secured Loan and will make a further announcement in due course.
