Change of Directors & Update on Financing

The Company announces the resignation of Thies Eggers and Joachim Martin as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect. The board of Noventa would like to thank them for their efforts.

The Company expects to announce the appointment of new directors shortly.

The Company remains in discussions with its existing lender and largest shareholder, Richmond Partners Master Limited ("Richmond"), and the Directors hope to agree terms with Richmond to extend the existing Facility (as described in the announcement of the 11 May 2012), while they negotiate a longer term loan. Although the Facility had a maturity date of 31 July 2012, it currently remains in place while negotiations continue in good faith.
