COMPLETION OF PLACING
Noventa announces that is has issued and successfully placed 3,045,685 new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") of GBP0.0004 each ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 100 pence per share (the "Placing Price") raising approximately $6 million.
As part of the Placing a trust associated with Clinton Wood, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 190,629 shares at the Placing Price representing 6.3 per cent. of the Placing Shares. Following this transaction this trust's total shareholding is 1,229,235 Ordinary Shares representing 3.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital following the Placing.
