Premier Asset Management PLC02 March 2007 Premier Asset Management PLC (the "Company" or "Premier Asset Management") Additional Listing The Company announces that 20,000 new Premier Asset Management ordinary sharesof 10p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon theexercise of share options. The New Ordinary Shares were purchased by the Company on 2 March 2007 and,following this purchase, there are 73,781 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the purchase by theCompany and the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Premier AssetManagement will have 15,201,430 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue, excludingthe 73,781 ordinary shares held in Treasury.
