Update on Formal Sale Process
Further to the announcement of 30 June 2014 in accordance with its obligations under the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), the AIM-listed palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia covering some 24,622 Ha, announces that it remains in discussions with several parties which might or might not lead to a sale of its entire issued share capital, however there can be no certainty as to the outcome of these discussions or whether an offer will be made.
