The board of directors of Asian Plantations is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the announcement of the convertible bond issue on 9 January 2013, the Company issued, on 22Β August 2013, the third and final tranche of the convertible bond, amounting to US$5,000,000, to OCBC Capital Investment I Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank. Terms remain unchanged from those previously announced.
