Michael Page International plc (The "Company")
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we would like to notify the market that at the date of this announcement, the Company's share capital consists of 321,982,816 ordinary shares of 1p each, with no ordinary shares held in treasury.
14,407,545 shares are held by the Company's employee benefit trust which has waived the dividends and voting rights in respect of the shares it holds.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Michael Page International plc is 307,575,271.
The above figure of 307,575,271 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Michael Page International plc, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
