In accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the ordinary shares of the Company as follows:
Grant of award under the PageGroup plc Executive Single Incentive Plan ("Plan")
Today, the Company granted to the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Kelvin Stagg, a deferred award over 101,182 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (the "Shares"), subject to the rules of the Plan. The deferred award has been granted in the form of a conditional award, being a right to receive a transfer of the Shares upon vesting for nil cost.
