Notification of Interests of Directors
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the ordinary shares of the Company as follows:
Vesting of Shares under The PageGroup Long Term Incentive Plan
On 20 March 2018, the Directors set out below received from Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, the number of ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Shares") as set out in the table below, for nil cost, as a result of the vesting of Shares under The PageGroup Long Term Incentive Plan.
The number of shares received and sold was as follows:-

* On 20 March 2018 Mr Ingham sold 55,136 shares to cover the tax and national insurance liability arising following the vesting of shares.
** On 20 March 2018 Mr Stagg sold 22,207 shares to cover the tax and national insurance liability arising following vesting of shares. The balance of 24,923 shares was transferred by Mr Stagg to Mrs Emma Stagg, a person closely associated, for nil consideration.
