Notification of Interests of Directors
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the ordinary shares of the Company as follows:
On 16 March 2017 Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, made awards under The Michael Page International plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 (the "Plan") by transferring the beneficial interest, for nil cost, to the number of ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out in the table below, subject to the rules of the Plan.
