The Company has, today, been advised of the undermentioned transactions.

Vesting of Shares under The Michael Page Incentive Share Plan 2004

On 11 March 2016 Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust transferred the legal title to the number of Ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out in the table below, for nil cost, as a result of the vesting of their allocations under the performance and deferred elements of The Michael Page Incentive Share Plan 2004.

The number of shares sold and transferred is as follows:-

On 14 March 2016 Mr Ingham transferred 26,633 of the retained shares to an unconnected person for nil consideration.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR3.1.4 R(1).
