Appointment of Director

Michael Page International plc ("PageGroup") the specialist recruitment consultancy is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelvin Stagg as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 6 June 2014.

Robin Buchanan, Chairman commented:

"Kelvin was a very strong Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. In the last six months he has stepped up to the Chief Financial Officer role in an acting capacity and already made valuable improvements to our finance function. After careful consideration we are delighted to appoint him both as a main Board Director and as Chief Financial Officer."

"Kelvin has been with Page for 8 years, during which time he has had a big influence on the quality and output of our Group Finance function. In the last two years he has worked closely with me and has built an excellent internal reputation for robust financial controls and delivery. There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.13R in respect of this directorship.

Background Information on Kelvin Stagg

Kelvin joined PageGroup as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary in July 2006 and was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer in October 2013. Prior to joining PageGroup Kelvin held a variety of finance positions with Allied Domecq and Unilever. He has significant international experience and has high levels of compliance, change management, large teams and systems experience across almost every finance discipline.
