PageGroup plc - Change in Director's Details
As previously announced on 24 December 2020, Simon Boddie has today retired as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of PageGroup plc. Following Simon's retirement, Ben Stevens who was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2021 has succeeded Simon Boddie as Chair of the Audit Committee.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
