PageGroup plc - CEO Succession
PageGroup plc ("PageGroup"), the specialist professional recruitment company, today announces that following consultation with Steve Ingham, Chief Executive Officer, PageGroup's Nomination Committee has determined that now is the appropriate time to commence a process to identify Steve's successor. Steve will remain as CEO until a successor is in role.
Given the nature of the succession process required, it is not possible to give an indication as to the expected date on which a successor will be appointed. A further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
Steve Ingham commented:
"I have been privileged to lead PageGroup over the last 16 years and I am immensely proud of everything that the team has achieved together. While the process to identify my successor is ongoing, I will continue to pursue relentlessly our Vision and will look forward to handing over the reins of this incredible company to my successor in due course."
