PageGroup plc, the specialist recruitment consultancy (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Stevens as Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting this year. This follows the announcement on 23 December 2022 that Patrick De Smedt, who currently fulfils that role, does not intend to seek re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
