£75m Share buyback programme - management of the buyback programme

within the Closed Period

On 14 June 2022 Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announced that it would extend its share buyback programme by an additional £25m, up to £75m (the "buyback programme").

 

In advance of the publication of its full-year results on 6 December 2022, the Company's Closed Period will commence on 1 October 2022. The Company has issued an irrevocable instruction to Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") to continue to operate the buyback programme during the Closed Period. Peel Hunt will operate the buyback programme autonomously during the Closed Period until the buyback programme is completed or until 24 November 2022, whichever is sooner.
