The salient dates of the dividend payment are as follows: 2014 Currency conversion date Thursday, 20 November Last date to trade on the JSE Friday, 28 November Ex-Dividend date on the JSE Monday, 1 December Ex-Dividend date on the LSE Thursday, 4 December Record date Friday, 5 December Payment date Friday, 19 December 1. No transfers between the Johannesburg and London registers between commencement of trading on Friday, 21 November 2014 and close of business on Friday, 5 December 2014 will be permitted. 2. No shares may be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 1 December 2014 and Friday, 5 December 2014, both days inclusive. The Company has Secondary Tax on Companies credits of ZAR371,639,126 (whichequates to ZAR20.30821 cents per share) available for set-off against the SouthAfrican dividend withholding tax liability of which 14.10000 ZAR cents pershare will be utilised for this dividend.
