Oxus Gold PLC11 December 2007 Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") Exercise of options London: 11 December 2007 - Oxus Gold Plc (OXS.L) announces that, following anexercise of employee options to acquire ordinary shares in the Company at 22.5pper share, the Company has issued 33,333 new shares. Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on theAIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings in the shares are expectedto commence on 17 December 2007. The new shares will rank pari passu withexisting ordinary shares.
