Claire Flint is a Connected Person to Jonathan Flint by way of marriage.

The Partnership Shares and Matching Shares were acquired at a cost of £15.93each. The Matching Shares are subject to a risk of forfeiture which willnormally be removed on the third anniversary of award subject to theparticipant's continued employment and the retention of the linked PartnershipShares. No consideration was paid by the participants for the award of theMatching Shares and no consideration is due on the release of the MatchingShares or in relation to Partnership Shares.

The above transactions were undertaken on behalf of the above individuals bythe trustee of the SIP and the shares were purchased on the London StockExchange.

The above notifications are made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 of the UKLADisclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
