NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS' DEALINGS Oxford Instruments plc (the "Company") announces that the following directors'dealings took place: On 8 January 2014, the following directors acquired ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company upon the exercise of options granted under the OxfordInstruments 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme "ESOS" and the OxfordInstruments plc Senior Executive Long Term Incentive Scheme "SELTIS". Inaccordance with the terms of the ESOS, all options (except for approvedoptions) were "net gain" settled as share appreciation rights by reference tothe mid market closing price of the Company's shares on 7 January 2014 (1811p)and the relevant option price.
