Offer for Subscription

Octopus Titan VCT plc (the “Company”) announces that further to the offer for subscription by the Company for new ordinary shares that was launched on 13 September 2018 (the “Offer”) to raise up to £200 million, the Offer having been increased to £250 million to cater for the demand ahead of the tax year end, following the successful fundraise the Board of the Company expects to close the Offer to new applications on the 30 April 2019.
