FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Athens, February 12, 2015 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or Company), announces to the investors, pursuant to paragraphs 4.1.2.1.(b) and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, its Financial Calendar, according to which:
1. The Annual Company and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2014, prepared in accordance with the I.F.R.S, together with the table with the financial data and information deriving from said Financial Statements, will be released on Thursday, February 26, 2015 on the Company's website (https://www.ote.gr/web/guest/corporate/ir) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchangeand will appear on the press on the day following their release.
2. The briefing of analysts in relation with the full year 2014 financial results will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
3. The Ordinary General Μeeting of the Company's Shareholders will take place on Tuesday, June16, 2015 at OTE S.A. headquarters, 99 Kifisias Av., Marousi, Athens.
4. Thursday, June 25, 2015 will be the ex-dividend date. On that date, at the stock exchange session the Company shares will be traded without the right to receive dividend for the year 2014. The ex-dividend date follows the expiry of the June series derivatives related to OTE, and to indices of which the OTE share is a component.
5. Beneficiaries of said dividend are the Company Shareholders registered with the records of the Dematerialised Securities System of the Company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING, CLEARING, SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX)" on Friday June 26, 2015 (Record Date).
6. Dividend payment will start on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
It is noted that: (i) the Company retains the right to alter the above dates after duly advising the investing public of the amendment hereof and (ii) the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders is entitled to resolve differently on the above matters as per the relevant legislation in force and the Stock Exchange Regulations.
