Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on 7 and 8 February 2023, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
The transactions arose in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options which were granted under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale / retaining of the Shares as specified below.
