On 20 May 2016, On the Beach Group plc granted awards pursuant to the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("Plan") in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Awards") to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Awards are subject to performance targets linked to growth in the Company's Earnings per Share and Absolute Total Shareholder Return measured over a three year period ending on 30 September 2018. The Awards are expected to vest on the later of 30 September 2018 and when the Remuneration Committee has determined whether the performance targets have been achieved. Awards will normally be exercisable following vesting until the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
The Award is the first award to be made under the Plan.
