RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
ORIENT TELECOMS PLC (LSE: "ORIENT" or the "Company), an information technology company that offers managed services in network telecommunication including solutions for internet of things (IOT), cyber security, big data solutions as well as full spectrum of other managed services, announced that the Retirement of Mr. Leon Santos as its Non-Executive Director with the effective date of 23 November 2021.
As previously announced on Result of AGM, Leon Santos, who has been a non-executive director of Orient Telecoms PLC since 1 October 2017, retired from the Board and not be reappointed as a director of the Company .
Leon has served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will be succeeded by Wong Chee Kong.
The Boards extend their appreciation to Leon for his contribution to the Company and wish him success with his future endeavours.
