We, Gartmore Investment Limited (GIL), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited (GFM) andGartmore Global Partners (GGP), write to advise you pursuant to Section 67 ofthe Irish Companies Act 1990, that we have decreased our reportable interest inyour company by virtue of a sale of 1,000,000 shares at EUR .1836 on the 16thFebruary 2005 and a sale of 400,000 shares at EUR .1656 on the 18th February2005 . 1. This notification relates to the ordinary EUR0.025 share capital ofOrmonde Mining Plc. 2. The identities of the beneficial holders of these shares and the numberof shares held by each holder, so far as is known at the date of thisnotification, are shown on the attached schedule. 3. The total number of shares comprises the aggregated holdings controlledby GIL,GFM and GGP, as discretionary investment managers of the clients andclient funds listed on the attached schedule and; accordingly having power inrespect of the shares and power to dispose of them. 5.
