Aricom PLC11 May 2007 11 May 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Company") Director's dealing Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources, todayannounces that it has been notified by Sir Malcolm Field, a director of theCompany, that, as part of the conditional placing of units announced yesterday(the "Placing") he has agreed to subscribe to 35,000 units at a price of 210pence per unit, consisting of 105,000 Ordinary shares in the Company and 35,000warrants to purchase shares at an exercise price of 80 pence per share, pursuantto the Placing announced on 10 May 2007.
