Aricom PLC12 July 2007 Press Release 12 July 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Company") Directorate Change Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources,announces the appointment of Brian Egan as a Director of the Company. Brian isscheduled to join the Company on 31 July 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Aricom's current Chief Financial Officer, Peter Howes, has decided to step downas Chief Financial Officer due to a desire to pursue other interests. Peter hasbeen with the Company since its original admission to trading on AIM and hasseen it through a series of very successful fundraisings and acquisitions aswell as setting up the finance function across the Group. The Directors wish tothank Peter for all his considerable input and wish him well in his futurecareer. Peter will step down as a Director on 31 July 2007 but will remain withthe Company to assist in a smooth handover to Brian until the end of September. Brian Egan, aged 44, was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Gloria-JeansCorporation, the leading Russian apparel manufacturer, until March 2007 and hasover 15 years' experience in senior financial roles. He was previously VicePresident of Finance at Associated British Foods Plc, Financial Director ofGeorgia-Pacific Ireland Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Coca-ColaHBC-Russia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants inIreland.
