Notice of Annual General Meeting
Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, advises that its statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 43 Brook Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 4HJ on Friday 23 June 2017 at 2.00pm, have today been posted to shareholders, and are now available for download on the Company's website at www.oraclecoalfields.com.
Reflecting the integrated nature of the Company's business in the energy sector, a resolution proposing a change of name of the Company to Oracle Power PLC is included in the Notice of AGM.
