Investor Engagement
The Board of Oracle Power is pleased to introduce a new investor communication programme, which is aimed at giving shareholders regular news flow together with access to the Board and management.
This investor relations policy will include the following:
· Updates from the CEO: in addition to the Company's regulatory announcement responsibilities, given the current economic uncertainty and limitations on international travel, Oracle will look to publish an update from the CEO each quarter to provide shareholders with updates and general developments both from the Company's perspective, and on a regional and international basis. The update for Q1 2020 will be released via RNS later today.
· Shareholder conference calls: details of which will be released prior to the call on RNS. Shareholders can submit questions to the Board via email in advance of the call to St Brides Partners at shareholderenquiries@stbridespartners.co.uk. There is no guarantee that all questions will be discussed on the call given time limitations and/or specific sensitivities with respect to operations. The shareholder calls will be held in conjunction with the release of the general updates each quarter from the CEO.
· Q & A documents: shareholders will be invited to email questions to the Board which will be accumulated into Q & A documents and regularly posted on the Oracle Power website and announced to the market. Please send any questions through to St Brides Partners who will be compiling this on behalf of the Company (shareholderenquiries@stbridespartners.co.uk).
· Private Investor Events: new and existing shareholders will be invited to Investor Evenings where members of the Board will provide a presentation and be available to answer questions. The Company will advise shareholders of the first scheduled event once there is visibility on the lifting of travel restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
