1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed independent specialist provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, announces that Helen Walker, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company of her intention to step down as a director of 1pm plc and 1pm (UK) Limited at the end of the current financial year on 31 May 2017.
Helen's service agreement has previously been based on an arrangement of four working days per week and Helen intends to leave the employment of the Company in order to spend more time with her other client businesses. The Company will commence the process of hiring a full-time successor to Helen following the announcement in September 2016 of its financial results for the year ended 31 May 2016.
