In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Ophir Energy plc, confirms that William (Bill) Schrader, Non-Executive Director, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of CHC Group Ltd with effect from 12 December 2014. CHC Group Ltd is the parent company of CHC Helicopter and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
